What does a coaching session look like?

We sit down in person or chat over Zoom and discuss what is happening in your world. During the chats, you will start to reconnect with the power of your own guidance system. That feeling or voice that helps you to make decisions. When you get a feeling that you should do something, even if it doesn’t always make sense, but it “feels” right.

I also assist you in identifying any blind spots you may have about the roadblocks you’re facing.

We work towards slowing the mind down to a point where you can experience more peaceful, relaxed feelings. Throughout the weeks, we will shatter those walls that hold you back, enabling you to transform into the confident, authentic, and happier person you dream of being.
